Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery date for a full refund minus administrative fees. We are not responsible for shipping costs. Purchasing insurance for the package is not required, but highly recommended to protect your best interest from any unfortunate events during transit.
Product must be in its original box, in original condition. All manuals, warranties, certificate , and/or other documents must also be incorporated when being returned. The item and any included documentation cannot have any stains, dents, scratches, tears, alterations, or appear to have been used or worn.
On any watch, it is almost impossible to avoid getting scratches or dents, even if worn for a short period of time, so please use your best judgement if you are having thoughts of returning a watch. Water damage or problems arising from water entering the case of the watch will not be be accepted for return. Please refer to the manufacturer's guidelines regarding the water resistance of your watch and operating procedures.
For returns made due to the wrong item sent, or if a product has arrived damage or with defects, a prepaid return label along with instructions will be sent to you via email.
Please note: A Return Merchandise Approval(RMA) must be requested by the customer and approved by our Returns Department for any return to be accepted. Returns without an approved RMA will not be accepted, NO EXCEPTIONS. In addition, a restocking fee between 5-20% (based upon inspection of the condition of the product) will be deducted from the refund due to irreversible expenses such as credit card transaction fees, shipping expenses, and administrative costs.
