Shipping Policy



D&M Retail offers free shipping via on all orders to any U.S. destinations, including Alaska and Hawaii. All packages include insurance and signature confirmation. A tracking number will be provided via email the same day your order ships. Most orders will reach their destinations in 2-3 business days. NOTE: This does NOT include processing time, which can lead up to 15 business days, depending on which warehouse your item is stocked. Availability and expected shipping time for watches is indicated on its product page.

Orders to PO Boxes are sent via USPS only.  

Any orders that ship directly from one of our suppliers' warehouses will be delivered by either USPS or UPS, and may take up to 15 business days to ship. Items in stock at our location are shipped next business day if the order is received by 8:00pm PST. Orders received on weekends, holidays, and after 4:00pm PST are shipped the following business day.

Some orders may have short shipping delays due to conditions beyond our control. If this is expected, we will notify you as to when your order will ship. To help avoid any shipping delays, please make sure that all information you provide us on your order is correct.

Occasionally an item you have ordered may be back ordered. In this case, we will not partial ship the order. We will hold your order until the back ordered items are received, at which time your order will be filled immediately. Rarely, an item may be back ordered for a long time or out of stock indefinitely. In this case, we will only charge and ship the items that are in stock.

Delivery Refusal
If shipment is refused for delivery, any shipping expenses incurred by D&M Retail will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the returned package, we will issue a refund to the original credit card for the purchase price less 15% for shipping expense, processing fees, and administrative cost.

Damaged Package
Before signing for a package, please inspect the package carefully. If the package appears to be damaged or tampered, you have the option to refuse acceptance. In which case, notify us within 2 business days via email; otherwise any returned package will be considered as refused delivery and subject to applicable fees. If you accept the package and the item was damaged, you have 5 business days to notify us via email of the situation, otherwise any claims for damaged items will be forfeited.
